Paraskevas Rafail Tsourakis ( College Basketball Player in USA and member of the Greece National Team) (Major Physical Education with Focus on Strength and Conditioning)

!!! SECRET RULES that will help you SUCCEED !!!

1) You are what you EAT!!! Healthy food helps you to perform and think better!!!
2) HARD WORK is the key to success. Hard work meaning on the court and in the weight room!
3) BAD CLIQUES OR FRIENDSHIPS can make you lose focus and most likely not doing what you want to do or you suppose to be doing.Stay out of trouble!!!
4) YOUR FAMILY or your real friends wont try to get in the middle of what you really love and want to do but they will be there to support you.So those are the people you need by you.
5) COACH. You need a coach that will say it straight forward what you good at or bad at and that will always scream at you and push you to get better every single minute. This coach will be nobody else but someone that is an expert and is sociable and has connections.Show him that you want it really bad.Do whatever it takes without talking back to him or try to change the plan of the workout he has for you.LISTEN TO YOUR COACH BECAUSE HE KNOWS BETTER THAN YOU. HE IS A COACH AND YOU ARE THE PLAYER. BE COACHABLE!!!!
6) STAY AWAY FROM BAD HABITS. (Clubbing,drinking,drugs)
7) Stay attached with GOOD HABITS (eat,work out,rest,work out,eat, work out,sleep)
8) SUPPLEMENTS will help you achieve your goals if you eat healthy and if you choose the right ones. 
9) REMEMBER YOU A BASKETBALL PLAYER and you NEED TO BE FIT.
10) FIT means be able to run for 45 minutes to 50 minutes like its nothing. REMEMBER i said RUN!!!! NOT JOG. Fit means be explosive and be strong on whatever you do.
11) STRETCH and DO TREATMENTS to stay away from INJURIES.
12) STAY AWAY from Agents and when you graduate from college then you will be able to talk to them and do what you have to do.Till then STAY FOCUS on basketball and not on PRO CONTRACTS AND TEAMS.


******** MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FAMILY KNOWS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND BE IN YOUR LIFE BEFORE YOU START DOING ALL THOSE STEPS. BECAUSE THEY WILL HELP YOU WHEN THEY SEE YOU STRUGGLE.FAMILY IS ANOTHER WAY OF GETTING COACHED.

This is me doing a work out in GOLDS GYM at 4am. EAT LEAN and WORK OUT MEAN.

This is me and my mom that came to visit me from Greece after 4 years.Basketball made me go away from my family and my country and i didn't have an easy road to succeed.

                                            This is me and my number 1 fan captain America!

That's me working out in GOLDS GYM at 4am and as soon as i'm done i'm going back home to cook my breakfast and then sleep and after get up eat and get ready to go do a basketball work out!
